Custom Order time frames for custom arcade1up mod kits and custom jobs

On any custom order that is requested it does take longer than the normal time frames. Depending on what we are doing these can extend out from a couple weeks to several weeks. If we are fabricating a control panel that differs from our normal panels please add 2-3 weeks, any custom arcade cabinet can take 8-12 weeks if we are fabricating an arcade in a different size, cut, specialty cabinet and/or specialty control panels.

custom graphics can take 6-10 weeks for design, approval and printing depending on the level of customization.

Arcade1up custom control panels with a different button layout and custom graphics can take 4-8 weeks depending on the customization level.

Custom hard drives, images, etc can take 2-4 weeks if we are making an image with a handful of games or  customization since we add these individually and also test each game and this takes time.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding in this as we are a small Buisness and custom requests are welcome and can be done and we ask for the customers to be aware of these timeframes to avoid any misunderstandings.

This does not apply to “other“ graphics we offer on the website. This only applies to custom fabrications, custom graphics we have to design, custom drives, custom sd cards, custom panel layouts and anything considered a one and done item. This does not include any of our run of the mill items as these are a faster turnaround.
