Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased through our store or website.

We will exchange any products that arrive with any issues and we stand behind our products 100%. Any situation that comes up is handled on a case by case basis. If Upgrade Arcade and the customer agrees to a refund there is a 30% restocking fee and no shipping fees are refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping all items back and agrees to wrap, pack and ship the items so they are returned to us the same as they were shipped out.

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of any of our product used in conjunction with items from other manufacturers or companies.

All products are new unless otherwise stated on our website.

All mod kits, control panels, arcade cabinets, arcade pedestals, monkey bombs and portable control panels are all custom made and made for the customer at the time the order is placed Which is why we do not accept returns or refunds on any of these items.

All pc’s are new stock and opened, hard drives are installed and tested prior to shipping out.

By purchasing any product on our website or in store you acknowledge you understand our policy and the purchase is submitted as approval and understanding of our policies.
